Founded by Rebecca and Rob, we bring together the best of two worlds. Rebecca’s connection to this sector is personal, having worked within childcare, education, and social care before spending 19 years as a Managing Director placing exceptional people into those very roles. Rob’s warmth and expertise in relationship management, recruitment, and customer service ensures every person we work with feels truly valued from day one.
Together, they bring over 40 years of combined experience and have built Busy Bees on something refreshingly simple, taking the time to really listen, to understand, and to get it right.
